It is kindly requested that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Should a cancellation occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a fee equivalent to 50% of the service booked will be incurred. For cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, as well as for failure to attend the appointment without any notice (no-shows), a charge equivalent to the full amount of the service booked will be imposed.
Exceptions (emergencies) will be considered based on the nature of the cancellation, and I encourage open communication in such cases.
